When dealing with this company, everything went catastrophically wrong with my delivery confirmation and receipt. My final conclusion is that this whole situation is simply: "Very unprofessional, didn’t receive my dress that was supposed to have a signature before release. DO NOT SHOP HERE SCAM!" I was absolutely furious and felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately to find out where my expensive order vanished to.
