I felt compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering a purchase. I purchased a very expensive gown for an upcoming event, but when it arrived, the fit was completely wrong. When I attempted to initiate the return process, I realized the policy was almost impossible to adhere to. My immediate conclusion was absolutely clear:
The worst return policy I’ve even heard. Suggest everyone to fully examine the stuff before making any purchase.
This shocking realization is exactly why I felt compelled to leave this review and immediately engage in a conversation with customer service to try and understand their rigidity.
Customer: I am absolutely furious about your return policy. I purchased a dress two days ago, and now I’m being told I cannot return it, even though the tags are still on and I have the receipt. This is unacceptable!
